You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

If several items from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last item has been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

No reason for the withdrawal is required.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, in accordance with the statutory provisions.

The refund will generally be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Because our products are fulfilled directly by selected brand and manufacturing partners, the applicable return address may differ depending on the item.

Please do not send returns to our Cologne office unless explicitly instructed to do so.
